Our Mission

Magic in the Mind is a nonprofit founded by Calvin Park to teach young kids, from age 8 all the way to middle school, about basic psychology, neuroscience, and the importance of mental health.

So far, we have visited four New Jersey libraries to share our message — Summit, Roseland, Cedar Grove, and Caldwell — and we hope to visit one more soon. See where we’ve been, or get in touch.

What we teach

Big ideas, made simple

Why it matters

We think this subject is important because it offers another perspective on how we operate as humans.

Why and how our bodies work is a common question among children.
